Then the molten polymer is forced to be extruded through a small and narrow nozzle. The molten high-temperature polypropylene (230℃-390℃) is stretched or compressed by the impact of high-speed airflow (480-800km/h) on both sides of the nozzle. The molten polymer is then solidified and wound on the conveyor into a discontinuous ultra-fine fiber network arranged randomly.
